Terms and Conditions
Project Acceptance-
Upon acceptance of any project, a deposit is required to secure our services. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms the client’s commitment to the project.
Payment Terms-
Payments are to be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Failure to adhere to the schedule may result in delays or suspension of services.
No Refunds-
All payments made to V-INTERIOR for architectural and interior design services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, progress payments, and final payments.
Service Delivery-
We strive to provide high-quality service as per the agreed design brief and timeline. Once services are rendered or work begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Change in Project Scope-
Any changes to the project scope after design approval may incur additional charges. These additional charges are also non-refundable.
Project Cancellation-
If the client decides to cancel the project after commencement, any fees paid will not be refunded. The client will be liable for all services rendered up until the date of cancellation.
